After entering into the brain this drug calms the brain by increasing the activity of inhibitory neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) that results in drowsiness. It is the most common side effect of this medicine. Activities such as driving and operating heavy machinery should be avoided after taking this Corel to prevent accidents and injuries as it causes drowsiness.
Take Corel 1-4 times in a day or as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food because the presence of food does not affect the absorption of this drug from the stomach. Precautions must be taken in patients with improper liver or kidney function.
