Peristil is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet, Suspension. Heartburn are some of its major therapeutic uses. Peristil also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Peristil. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Peristil also has some side effects, the most common being Diarrhoea, Headache, Nausea or vomiting. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Peristil as well, which are listed below. These side effects of Peristil are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
