Zymar is a prescription drug, available for use as Drops, Ointment. It is primarily used for the treatment of Conjunctivitis. Other than this, Zymar has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

The optimal dosage of Zymar is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

Common side effects of Zymar include Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhoea, Dizziness. Some other side effects of Zymar have been listed ahead. Normally, these side effects of Zymar are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Zymar is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Myasthenia Gravis (MG), Brain and Nervous System, Tendon Injury (Tendinopathy) as it can result in adverse effects. Other contraindications of Zymar have been discussed in the sections ahead.
