Semont Toupet Maneuver

This exercise can be done at home to treat vertigo. People know less about this maneuver, but research says that it is also very effective. The Semont Toupet Maneuver is done in the same way as the Epley Maneuver, but the neck flexibility is less in this. It is advisable to do this exercise in the following manner -

  • First of all, sit straight on the corner of the bed.

  • Now come back to the previous position and sit straight looking ahead.
  • If you have difficulty doing this exercise alone, you can take someone's help. Three rounds of this exercise can be done at a time. It is possible that the person feels dizzy with every movement..

Brandt-daroff Exercise
