Duonase is a prescription medicine that is available as a Spray. Duonase also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

The optimal dosage of Duonase is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. Duonase also has some side effects, the most common being Throat Irritation, Nausea or vomiting, Nosebleed. Some other side effects of Duonase have been listed ahead. These side effects of Duonase are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Furthermore, you should know that effect of Duonase is Moderate for pregnant women and Mild for women who are breastfeeding. Warnings related to Duonase's effects on the liver, heart and kidney, if any, have been listed below.
