Solokinase is a prescription drug, available for use as Injection. It is primarily used for the treatment of Pulmonary Embolism.

The right dosage of Solokinase depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Solokinase as well, which are listed below. Such side effects of Solokinase normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

It is also important to note that Solokinase has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers. In addition, Solokinase's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Solokinase related warnings section.

Solokinase can cause adverse effects in certain medical conditions. It is strongly recommended to avoid Solokinase in conditions like Bleeding, Hemophilia, Arteriovenous Malformation.
