Yes, oral Vagimycin can be taken with ibuprofen. No clinically significant drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug along with ibuprofen then do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Yes, Vagimycin can treat UTI (urinary tract infection) but it is not generally preferred as a first line drug of choice for the treatment of UTI. It is only prescribed in UTI when other drugs are not effective in treating the infection.
