Here you are told a seven-day crash diet plan. It can be repeated if desired results are achieved.

Day 1 -

  • Breakfast - Orange juice and two eggs without yolk. Those who are vegetarian can eat apples instead of eggs.
  • Lunch - Cabbage soup made of many vegetables like tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage, onion, garlic and carrots.
  • A few hours after lunch - one kiwi.
  • Dinner - Baked fish (fish cooked in the oven)

Day 2 -

Day 7 -

  • Lunch - Boiled lentils with baked vegetables like carrots and beetroot.
  • A few hours after lunch - Tomato juice.
  • Dinner - Baked fish , Papaya juice.
