Avastin Injection is a prescription drug, available for use as Injection. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Colorectal Cancer. Avastin Injection also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Avastin Injection. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

Avastin Injection also has some side effects, the most common being Dry Mouth, Altered taste. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Avastin Injection as well, which are listed below. These side effects of Avastin Injection are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

In addition, Avastin Injection's effect is Severe during pregnancy and Severe for lactating mothers. In addition, Avastin Injection's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Avastin Injection related warnings section.
