Lactomide is used to provide relief from swelling and high blood pressure. It is not used to provide relief from bloating (swollen belly after eating food which might be caused by excessive gas production). If you are experiencing bloating caused by food then try to eat slowly, chew your food completely. Take fiber rich food also try to eat food in less quantity at a time. Taking probiotics or digestive enzyme supplements might be helpful in reducing bloating.

Yes, Lactomide can cause diarrhea but this occurs only in a few cases. It is a known side effect of this medicine. The exact cause behind this is not known.
