Sofarin Information

Sofarin is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Pulmonary Embolism, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Blood Clotting Disorders. Sofarin also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.
