Upketo Soap contains ketoconazole which works by blocking the ergosterol synthesis leading to membrane abnormalities in the fungus which is necessary for fungal cell membrane growth. Hence in this way, it kills the fungus by destroying its cell membrane and treats the fungal infection.
Upketo Soap should be applied topically (on the skin) once daily for 2 - 6 weeks or as advised by a doctor.
