It is important to take Spascare Ds at the same time every day so that one doesn't forget the dose. One can take Spascare Ds with or without food. Taking it with food may avoid stomach upset. One must follow the recommendations of a doctor while taking Spascare Ds. In some people, it might cause some side effects like dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, headache, blurred vision, etc.
